Come and join us for this very special event.

Not only will the great grandson of Sir James Roll ( who built the hall for the community)  be performing with his band, it will also be the official opening of the access improvements which have recently been taking place at the hall. 

The bar will be open with very reasonably priced drinks and there will be free bar snacks available on the night.

"I am a level 3 qualified (Advanced) instructor. I studied in London and of course absolutely love Pilates myself - it makes such absolute sense. I live in Worstead Norfolk. My classes are for all ages and abilities.

I teach someone who is 82. My classes vary to suit who is attending. Most classes are mixed ability to suit everyone. I teach Mat Pilates although classes involve standing work for improving balance and functional movement. Pilates is not difficult; it is utterly doable if you work according to your body's needs.
